Ingredients
50 gram Enercal
400 gram of baby potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
100 gram of trans-fat free margarine
2 cloves of garlic, minced
30 gram of plain flour
450 ml water
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper powder
35 gram of cheese spread
30 gram of mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Heat a pan, melt trans-fat free margarine and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add flour and mix well.
2. Add water, Enercal, salt, pepper and mix well.
3. Add cheese spread, stir evenly and off the fire.
4. Prepare a heat-resistant plate, lubricate thinly using oil. Arrange potatoes in a plate until the bottom of the plate is evenly covered, rinse with the sauce until the potatoes are evenly covered, arrange potatoes again and cover with remaining sauce.
5. Cover using aluminium foil. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
6. Open the aluminium foil lid, sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over the surface, bake for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and turn colour to golden brown.
7. Take dish out of the oven, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
