INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS

Steam Fish

1 Whole Fish of your choice

 

 

A pinch of Salt

 

 

Ginger Slice

Instructions: Lightly salt fish, place ginger slice in fish belly and steam for 12 minutes.

Nestum Crumbs

Garlic Chopped

 

1 tbsp

Oil

 

1 tbsp

Sweet Pickled Radish (Cai Po), lightly fried

 

3 tbsp

Nestum

 

¾ cup

A pinch of Salt

 

 

Instructions: Lightly fry garlic chopped with oil, add in Nestum cereal to toast, mix in cai po and salt.

Steam Fish Sauce

Ginger Slice

 

2 pcs

Hua Tiao Wine

 

1 tbsp

Light Soy Sauce

 

3 tbsp

Sugar

 

1 tsp

A pinch of Salt

 

 

Water

 

30g

Instructions: Combine all the above in a pot, bring to a boil.

Assembly

Steamed Fish

 

 

Ginger Slice and Coriander Root

 

 

Hot Oil

 

 

Steam Fish Sauce

 

 

Nestum Crumbs

 

 

Instructions:
1. Place steamed fish on a plate with ginger slice and coriander root on it, ladle hot oil over it
2. Pour the steam fish sauce over and top with Nestum crumbs.
