Directions
Step 1
Blend and stir fry until fragrant: onion, garlic, ginger, ¼ cup water.
Step 2
Add 2 MAGGI® Curry Stock Cubes and curry leaves, stir fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Add chicken and mix well. Pour in 2 cups of water & bring to boil.
Step 4
Add 1 potato and simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Mix in 2 tablespoons of coconut milk & simmer for 5 minutes. Add more coconut milk if you prefer a creamier taste, or add samba lif you like that extra spice!
