MAGGI® Thai Chilli Sauce

Directions

Step 1

Mix water, wheat flour and cornstarch together. Add salt to taste. Add the chicken breasts and mix well. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the corn oil in the pan. Fry the chicken until it is golden and crispy. Set aside.

Step 3

In another pan, heat the corn oil. Add garlic, onion, green, yellow, and red capsicum. Stir well. Add the pineapple. Cook for a while and add water.

Step 4

Next, add the MAGGI® Tomato Sauce and Thai Chilli Sauce.

Step 5

Add sugar, vinegar, and salt to taste.

Step 6

Let it boil and add cornstarch with water.

Step 7

Serve hot
