Directions
Step 1
First, heat the oil in the pan. Sauté the garlic and red onion until fragrant.
Step 2
Then, add the chopped chicken breast and fry for 3 – 4 minutes. Add dried squid and mushrooms. Stir all ingredients for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add vegetables and seasonings. Stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Cover the pan and let it simmer over a slow fire until the vegetables are almost soft. Add water if you want more sauce.
Step 4
Finally, add the pepper powder as an additional flavor if necessary.
Step 5
Serve with MAGGI® Thai Chilli Sauce.
