Directions

Step 1

Marinate the chicken with MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock, MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Pepper, Sesame Oil. Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Heat up oil in a pan. Sauté ginger, garlic, spring onion, onion and mushrooms until fragrant. Add in chicken and stir well.

Step 3

Add in carrots and red chillies and bring the ingredients to a boil until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add in corn flour to thicken the gravy.

Step 4

Transfer the chicken into a heat proof casserole/claypot and bring it to a boil again. Serve hot.
