Ingredients

Oil

Shallot

Garlic

2 cloves

Chicken Breast

2 slices

MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup

2 tbsp

MAGGI® Chilli Sauce

2 tbsp

Frozen mixed vegetables

0.5 cup

Thick soya sauce

1 tsp

Water

0.25 cup

Directions

Step 1

Heat oil, stir fry red onion, garlic and chicken until fragrant.

Step 2

Add in MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI® Chilli Sauce, frozen mixed vegetables, dark soy sauce and water. Stir evenly and simmer over medium heat.

Step 3

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Step 4

In a separate pan, heat with oil and add in beaten eggs, spreading evenly over medium heat to avoid from burning.

Step 5

Place egg on a flat plate, and pour ingredients from Step 2 over eggs.

Step 6

Wrap the egg evenly, and flip it back onto a plate.

Step 7

Serve with rice, or by its own!
