Water
225ml
Low-fat plain yoghurt
150ml
Diced mangos
150g
Honey

NESTUM All Family Cereal (Topping)
Ice (Optional)
Directions
Step 1
Mix 3 tablespoons of NESTLÉ OMEGA PLUS ActiCol powder with 225ml of water.
Step 2
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until everything is smooth and mixed together. Enjoy!
