Ingredients

Cream Style Sweet Corn

 

1 Box

Crab Stick (Diced)

 

100g

Enoki Mushrooms (Remove Roots And Cut Into 3 Sections)

 

150g

Eggs (Beaten)

Water

 

1.5L

Seasoning Stock

- 2 ½ tbsp Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock

- 2 ½ tbsp Potato Starch mixed with 2 tbsp Water

 

 

Directions

Step 1

Bring water to boil. Add in MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock and stir well.

Step 2

Add in enoki mushrooms, crab stick and cream style sweet corn and stir well for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add in the beaten egg and stir in the potato starch solution. Continue stirring till the soup thickens.

Step 4

Sprinkle with white ground pepper and garnish with spring onion before serving.
