Ingredients
Glutinous Rice Flour
200g
Wheat Starch
1 tsp
Sugar
60g
Boiled Water
150 - 160ml
Cooking oil + more for frying
3 tbsp
Red Bean Paste
160g
Some Nestum Cereal to coat
Directions
Step 1
Combine glutinous rice flour, wheat starch, sugar and cooking oil together. Add water and mix well to form a dough.
Step 2
Knead the dough briefly till it becomes smooth and shining then divide them equally into 35g each and shape into balls.
Step 3
Flatten and wrap each piece with 15g of red bean filling. Seal and roll into rounds.
Step 4
Dip each ball into water before coating with the Nestum Family Cereal.
Step 5
Heat up some cooking oil and fry them till golden brown.
