Ingredients
Shrimp Paste
300g
Tobiko
2 tsp
Spring Onion
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Sunflower oil for frying
Egg
1
Plain Flour
½ Cup
Nestum Multi-Grain Cereal
1 cup
Garnish & dips - lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and chilli sauce
Directions
Step 1
Place shrimp paste in mixing bowl, add in tobiko, spring onion, sesame oil and pepper, mix well.
Step 2
Shape the shrimp paste into bitesize balls.
Step 3
Coat with flour and beaten egg, then roll onto a bed of Nestum Multi-Grain Cereal.
Step 4
Heat pan with oil and fry at medium fire until golden brown.
Step 5
Garnish and serve with mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
